Keeping healthy requires you to eat healthy foods. A good
start is to lower your fat
intake and increase your exercise activity. Personally, I
prefer a home gym due to
time constraints and the fact that I know I can always
talk myself out of driving to
a gym. Working out in your basement or even an extra room
is a great way to
stay consistent. You can still join your favorite health
club, but staying fit also
means being consistent. Work out today and everyday and
enjoy a long happy life.
Low Fat Cake
Reduced Fat Vanilla Cake
1 Box white cake mix
Follow the instructions on the box and replace the oil with
applesauce using a 1:1 ratio.
Frosting
One box Betty Crocker Homestyle Fluffy White frosting mix.
Optional: Add strawberries and glaze as a topping.
