recommends at least one dose of fun
and some
laughter each day along with your eight glasses of water. So take
time
between pees to enjoy your life. Remember, the
minute you give up
is one minute too soon. While
you are waiting, have some quiche.
Quiche Lorraine
OUR QUICHE LORRAINE RECIPE
3 to 4 slices of bacon, cut into half inch pieces
2 tablespoons green onion
9 inch pie shell
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk OR 3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of red pepper
Dash of white pepper
Ground nutmeg
Saute' bacon and onion in a skillet until browned; drain. Sprinkle
half of the bacon and onion mixture evenly in the pastry shell.
Top with 1/4 cup cheese. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over cheese layers
and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake
at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until set.
